LIDE Paraná brings women together to discuss innovation during International Women’s Week
In celebration of International Women’s Day, last Thursday (10), LIDE Mulher Paraná revived a pre-pandemic agenda format: the Women Leaders Talk. Created to recognize and highlight the potential of female business leaders within the group, the event provides a space for members to share insights on topics of shared interest.
Wall Vision was proud to contribute to this initiative by providing high-quality video wall solutions, enhancing the visual experience and overall performance of the conference.
For this edition, innovation was selected as the central theme of the discussion. The LIDE Mulher Paraná stage welcomed recognized authorities in the field, ensuring a productive and inspiring exchange of ideas. The panel featured Gisele Raulik, PhD in Design from the University of Wales (UK); Mabel Szeremeta, Corporate Director at Safesystem; and Vera Lúcia Antunes, angel investor at Smart Value Investment S/A.
“I felt truly honored to share the stage with women who have such inspiring life stories,” said Mabel Szeremeta.
“At LIDE, we celebrate women throughout the entire year. In March, our agenda becomes even more meaningful for the development of our state and country: women in innovation,” stated Heloisa, President of LIDE Paraná – Business Leaders Group.
Together, the three panelists answered questions from the audience, moderated by Mira Graçano, Director of the LIDE Mulher vertical. The discussion was guided by highly applicable content and real-world examples, allowing participants to take valuable insights back to their respective economic sectors.
The conversation also focused on breaking the myth that innovation is something distant or unattainable.
“Innovation is about having the sensitivity to recognize a market need and serving your audience in a way that makes their lives easier,” explained Vera Antunes, who shared practical case studies during her presentation.
